Lindenstrauss, sinh năm 1970 ở Jerusalem, hiện là giáo sư của ĐH Princeton (Hoa Kỳ), được trao giải Fields cho kết quả nghiên cứu về measure rigidity trong lý thuyết ergodic, và ứng dụng của nó vào lý thuyết số.
